About Me



Bruce is the Director of Graduate Studies for the Digital Filmmaking Program and an Associate Professor of Digital Filmmaking at the University of Central Arkansas. He has taught a wide range of course including Introduction to Film, Script Analysis, Screenwriting, Cinema History, Digital Film I, Digital Film II, Digital Film III, Topics in Digital Filmmaking, and Seminar in Mass Communication at the undergraduate level and Directing the Motion Picture, Screenwriting, Writing and the Short Film, History of American Cinema, History of International Cinema, Film Theory, and Cognitive Film Theory at the graduate level. He helped start both the undergraduate and graduate Digital Filmmaking programs. He has taught at UCA since 2002.

Bruce is a filmmaker whose films have played in festivals across the country as well as in England. Bruce is also a photographer and visual artist.
